Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese mindful movement practice where we work with our life-force energy to help feel less stressed, more energised, and in greater harmony with ourselves, others and with the rest of nature.
Qi Gong is based on Taoist philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine theory. For more information visit Holden QiGong.
The class has 3 main elements: warm-up exercises, flows, and a short meditation to end.
