What is the refund policy?

Refunds can only be offered if the event sells out and your ticket is resold. A £2 administration fee will be applied.

Does the venue have disabled/wheelchair access?

Yes, Dorchester Abbey has full disabled access: a ramp into Abbey and Cloister Gallery and a disabled toilet.

Where do I park for the concert?

Please follow yellow and black signs to the dedicated Abbey event parking areas in the Recreation ground at the Oxford end of the village and/or ‘Abbey View’ to the South. Abbey View is most likely to be the one in operation on April 20th. The Abbey is a 5 – 10 minute walk from parking.

Is there disabled parking?

If you require disabled parking, you must book a space at least 48 hours before the date of the event. To book disabled parking, please email admin@dorchester-abbey.org.uk
