About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 45 minutes
  • Paid venue parking

We will meet at The Little Owl Cafe which is right by the car park. (Parking is £4) Please arrive on time as we will be departing at 2:30pm at the latest.

From there we will then walk around the various bodies of water of the nature reserve, watch birds, chat and may have a paddle and picnic, depending on the weather. The route I've chosen will take around 2 hours to complete but with some breaks in-between it may take a bit longer.

Accessibility: Visitors using wheelchairs, mobility equipment, or pushchairs may need all-terrain tyres or adaptive/motorized equipment for the surface type and grade. Visitors using wheelchairs, mobility equipment, or pushchairs may need assistance in the steeper sections or to avoid them for safety (the trails are an average of 2 meters wide, largely gravel, grass and dirt, with an average of 5% gradient on the inclines). Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead throughout.

This walk is for people who identify as LGBTQ+ but cis-het friends are welcome too!
