Can anyone attend?

Tickets to secure a time slot for the event are available at zero cost. Your entry will be granted at the reserved time slot on a first come, first served basis.

Can I wait in line if I didn’t reserve a time slot?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Don’t worry if your preferred time is full – there will be a queue for walk-ins Friday and Saturday.
While we will do our best to get through as many people as possible without tickets, please note we may have a longer wait depending. Please dress for weather conditions!

Can I attend more than once?

While it’s a pleasure to welcome you, we want as many people as possible to experience the event. Please be mindful of how many tickets you are booking when attending.

How long is the experience?

Accepted Answer

Although reserved time slots are one hour long, it is a drop-in experience that allows you to discover all elements of the event in less time.

Will I be able to purchase products?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You will be able to purchase a limited selection of Rare Beauty products including the NEW Soft Pinch Matte Bouncy Blush. We will only be accepting card payments onsite.

Question 6

Can I bring a plus one?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are redeemable for one guest only. If you and a friend would like to come at the same time, each of you will need to claim a time slot.

Question 7

Can I travel in for the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, however the event is in Central London and travel accommodations are not included with your reserved ticket.
