‘Rydan ni nȏl! Cefnogwch y Bad Achub gan gymryd rhan yn Ras am Hwyl RNLI Porthdinllaen.

Ewch amdani i gofrestru ar gyfer cwrs 5km (3.2 milltir) neu 2km, ȃ’r holl elw yn mynd tuag at y Bad Achub ym Mhorthdinllaen. Rydym yn galw ar redwyr, cerddwyr, plant bach a chŵn i ymuno yn yr hwyl – felly ar eich marchiau, ewch!

We are back! Support the Lifeboat by joining us at the RNLI Porthdinllaen Fun Run.

The race is on to sign up for either the 5km (3.2 miles) or the 2km option, all in aid of RNLI Porthdinllaen. We are calling on runners, walkers, toddlers and dogs to join in the fun - on your marks, get set, go!

Gwisgwch ddillad ac esgidiau sy’n addas ar gyfer y tywydd a’r llwybrau. Please ensure that appropriate walking/running attire is worn, especially appropriate footwear for running across the beach and trails

Mae yna le parcio yn y Clwb Golff (talu ac arddangos) neu mae gan yr Ymddiriedolaeth Genedlaethol faes parcio ar Lôn Golff. Nodwch bod ffioedd parcio i’w hystyried yma. There is a pay and display car park at the Golf Club or there is also a pay and display National Trust car park on Lôn Golff.

A ddarperir lluniaeth? / Will refreshments be available?

Bydd dŵr ar gael ar y linell derfyn a bydd y Clwb Golff ar agor gyda bwydlen lawn o 9:00yb ymlaen. There will be water for finishers at the finish line, and the Golf Club will be open with a full menu available from 9:00 onwards.
