Join IAF England and Wales facilitators in reconnecting our community, refreshing our facilitation skills, refocusing our attention, reinvigorating the way we do things with different tools and techniques, and reviving and looking after ourselves.The last two years have seen our community move from predominantly face to face to embracing the virtual space. But what about hybrid? The word that no one wants to hear but everyone needs to know about and a concept which is still evolving. Our conference this year will give you the option to attend in person, or online with the sessions being delivered through a variety of different formats. Our strength is our community and we will create a range of different opportunities to have great conversations with each other.</li><li>Helping each other to survive and thrive and explore different ways to facilitate in uncertainty, think about the future and consider what next.</li></ul><h3>Who is this conference for?</h3>This conference is for anyone using (or wanting to use) facilitation and participatory processes to support their work or the work of others. This includes, among others:<ul><li>professional, self-confessed facilitators</li><li>leaders and managers</li><li>coaches and consultants</li></ul><h3>The programme</h3>The programme contains everything you need to navigate the next year with a smile on your face. Hosted by different members of our facilitator community, you can expect an in depth look at hybrid events, some thought provoking CPD, and the opportunity to connect and re-connect with others. There will be a mixture of sessions that you can access online or in person at Conference Aston in Birmingham as well as some dedicated sessions designed just for online, or just face to face. <h3>Registrations, fees &amp; discounts</h3>We have a number of pricing options, tailored to your circumstances:<ul><li>Full-fee registration for in person attendance (includes lunch and tea and coffee): £130 EARLY BIRD, £160 FULL PRICE</li><li>Full-fee registration for online attendance: £105 EARLY BIRD, £125 FULL PRICE</li></ul>Concessionary rates and bursaries: For those experiencing financial difficulty at this time we have some limited bursary places and concessionary rates. We will assess applications on a case by case basis. Members discount: If you are an IAF member you can get an additional 25% discount on your early bird or full price ticket price using the members promo code at the checkout (see <a href="https://www.iaf-world.org/site/pages/exclusive-offers-iaf-members" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">IAF members exclusive offers</a> or email conference@iaf-englandwales.org for your promo code, if you haven’t received it).Amendments and cancellations: All face to face tickets must be purchased by 2pm 10th May 2022. Online tickets can be purchased up to and including on the day.You can change your in person ticket to an online ticket at no cost. If you notify us of the change before midnight on Thursday 21st April we will refund you the difference in the cost of the tickets at the time you booked. After this date, we can still transfer your ticket, but will not be able to offer any reimbursement.You can change from an online ticket to an in person ticket by notifying us before 2pm on 10th May. You will be eligible to pay an additional £30 (for the full weekend) to cover catering which must be received by 10th May, otherwise your ticket will revert to online. After 10th May it is not possible to transfer from online to in person attendance.If you cancel your registration before midnight on Thursday 21st April, we will provide you with a full refund.Cancelations after this time will not be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances on a case by case basis. Please contact chair@iaf-englandwales.orgPlease note that we also reserve the right to cancel with no less than 7 days’ notice, without liability for any consequential or indirect loss.
