Join us for the Reading Half Marathon and enjoy a finish rarely found outside an Olympic stadium, with people cheering you into the Select Car Leasing Stadium and over the finish line. So whether you run for fun, to stay fit, run for a club or professionally, this is a race that is perfect for you.

Not only does the race take in the centre of Reading, where you will experience huge crowd support, but also passes through the beautiful grounds of the University campus, where the event started and finished in its first year.

Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can access the support they need. There is no one size fits all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need, but with our support, no one has to face dying or grief alone.

Currently, only a third of our hospice funding comes from the government. This means we completely rely on the generosity of our amazing supporters to cover the remaining costs of our end of life care and services for grieving families.

75p in every £1 spent goes towards our palliative and bereavement support.
