- What? The conference is organised in four panels one of which traditionally focusses on commercial arbitration. Other themes featured in 2024 sustainable finance and emissions disclosure and their impact on commercial contracts, standard forms and terms in construction contracts; comparative aspects and supply chain and contractual ethics- relational and long-term contracts including aspects of good faith as a general principle
- Who? The London Centre for Commercial and Financial Law (LCF) launched its programme of events in 2020 taking over from the Centre for Corporate and Financial Law at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS), School of Advanced Studies, University of London. - Where? Participation is possible either online via Zoom or in-person at Middle Temple, London, where the"hybrid" event is available for an extra fee. The in-person venue option will offer catering for coffee breaks and light lunch.
