Join us at Cyprus House in London for the opening of RELOCATIONS [ΜΕΤΑΚΟΜΙΣΕΙΣ], a powerful solo exhibition by acclaimed Cypriot-Greek-Welsh artist Zenon Jepras.
Through vivid, narrative-driven painting, Jepras explores memory, exile, mythology, and the deeply personal stories that shape our sense of place and belonging. The exhibition traces a lifelong journey — both physical and emotional — beginning with a family road trip across Europe in the summer of 1974, just as Cyprus faced the trauma of invasion.
In Jepras’ words, “To paint is to unpack.” His canvases are richly layered with symbolism, texture, and emotion, inviting viewers to reflect on the objects, memories, and meanings we carry with us — especially in times of upheaval.
From ancient myth to absurdist theatre, from current socio-political realities to personal archives of displacement, RELOCATIONS is a story both intimate and universal.
