Come along to Good Studio's Brixton studio where our experienced technicians will guide you through a morning of risograph printing. In this beginner-friendly workshop you will experiment with this playful, colourful medium to produce your own multiple colour prints. These 2.5hr sessions are for those with any level of riso print experience – each session will involve an introduction for beginners, but if you already know your stuff you will be free to get started!
What do I need to bring with me?
We will supply inks, pens, pencils and black paper to create layered prints. If you would like to bring work of your own (photos, drawings, print outs) please make sure they are black and white so the scanning bed can read them. NB: This workshop does not focus on digital creation of artwork or printing from digital sources.
What will I make?
You will make a two-colour A3 print, depending on your design, and you will bring home up to 10 copies.
How long is the session?
This session lasts roughly 2.5hrs, if you have a project which might take longer please get in touch so we can book you a solo print slot.
How many people will there be?
There are up to 6 places in each workshop.
