What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds.  This is a low cost community event run by committee volunteers.

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is some floor level seating available at the front of the venue.  Please arrive early if you have accessibility requirements.

Can I bring children to the event?

Yes of course!

What food & drink options will be available?

Accepted Answer

We will offer some light complimentary snacks and drinks.  There will be no alcohol available at the event unfortunately.

Do I need to bring a printed version of my ticket or a digital version?

Accepted Answer

Ideally yes, but we will mainly be working from a list people who have purchased tickets taken from Eventbrite.  If you have booked more than 1 ticket, it will be most helpful if all of your party arrive together, and know the name who has booked the ticket for you via Eventbrite.

Is there a dress code for the event?

Nope!  You whould wear whatever you want, and whatever you feel most comfortable in to enjoy a fabulous night!

What parking arrangements are available at the venue?

Accepted Answer

The venue has a large free car park at the rear of the building. Drivers are advised to enter the grounds and follow signs or see marshalls.
There are fewer spaces in front of the building which will be reserved for disabled or attendees with limited mobility.

Can I buy a physical ticket in advance of the event?

No, this year we are trailing selling tickets online via Eventbrite only.  There will be some tickets available on the door on the night.

Question 10

Can I buy tickets on the door?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we intend to have a small number of tickets available for sale on the door, on the evening of the event.  Please arrive early to purchase your ticket on the door and to avoid any potential disruption at the start of the concert.

Question 11

If I lose my ticket, where can I get a replacement?

Accepted Answer

Your tickets are digital, so they will be kept in your Eventbrite account, so you won't be able to lose them.
