What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that allow you to relax and lie down with ease. Layers are recommended so you can stay warm and cozy throughout the session.

Can I eat before the event?

Accepted Answer

It's best to have a light meal at least 1-2 hours before the session. A full stomach might make lying down uncomfortable, but being too hungry can be distracting. Keep it light and balanced.

What kind of instruments will be used?

Accepted Answer

A specially curated playlist will be used during the Spinal Energetics session. The sound bath will feature a range of healing instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, shamanic drum, chimes, and other sacred sound tools.

Question 4

What if I fall asleep?

Accepted Answer

Falling asleep is quite common during sound baths due to the deep relaxation they induce. This is perfectly fine, as your body is receiving the healing benefits of the sound even while you're asleep.

Is it okay to move around or adjust my position during the session?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are free to adjust your position for comfort at any point.

Are there any age restrictions?

Spinal Energetics is not advised for children under the age of 12 and adults older than 75

What if I’m late?

Accepted Answer

The session will start promptly at 6.30pm. Unfortunately, late arrivals may not be admitted once the session begins to avoid disturbing others. Please aim to arrive early to settle in.

Do I need any prior experience

Accepted Answer

No prior experience is needed. Just come with an open mind and be ready to release and relax.

Are there any side effects after a sound bath or Spinal Energetics?

Accepted Answer

Most people leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and calm. Some may experience temporary sensations such as light-headedness, emotional release, or feeling ungrounded. These effects are usually a sign that your body is rebalancing itself.
