Who is this event for?

This event is for SaaS founders, investors, customers, and business leaders interested in networking, discovering new innovations, and supporting the growth of SaaS businesses in the Oxford-Cambridge Arc.

Is there a cost to attend?

General admission is free, but exhibitors and pitch slots require a paid ticket (1 paid ticket per company). See the ticket details for pricing.

Who can apply for a pitch slot?

Only SaaS businesses founded or headquartered in and around the Oxford-Cambridge Arc can apply.

How long is each pitch?

Each pitch slot is 20 minutes total, including: 10-minute pitch 5-minute Q&A 5-minute handover

Can I use slides or a demo?

Yes! You will have microphone access and screen sharing capabilities.

What if I apply but don’t get selected?

We have limited slots and cannot guarantee a space for everyone. You are still welcome to attend and enjoy the networking opportunities.

Can multiple people from my company present?

Yes! We recommend no more than 3 people per company presenting.

What does the exhibition space include?

Each exhibitor gets: Approx. 2m-wide space A table (if needed) Space for a roller banner & marketing materials

Can I bring extra signage or promotional materials?

Yes, you can bring banners, flyers, and other resources, but please be mindful of other exhibitors' space.

Will power outlets or WiFi be available?

Yes! Power outlets are available for those pitching and exhibiting. Please indicate your requirement for power outlets when registering. WiFi will be available throughout the venue.

Can I exhibit AND pitch?

Yes! You can apply for both an exhibition space and a pitch slot—but you’ll need to purchase both tickets separately.

Do I need to register if I’m an exhibitor or pitching?

Yes! All exhibitors and pitchers must also register for the Event Access Pass.

What happens after I register?

You’ll receive an email confirmation, and we’ll contact exhibitors and pitch applicants separately regarding their applications.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes! Paid public parking is available around the Unity Place building.

How do I get to the venue?

How do I get in?

When you arrive at Unity Place, the guest services team will greet you and provide you with a pass for access. The event team will escort you to Level 2 to reach the event space.
