A comprehensive Salsa and social dance class covering all fundamentals of dancing with a partner - the "lead-follow" concept, musicality, dance floor etiquette, sociability and communication, dance style specifics, the most common dance patterns, and styling. All that with common sense, easy-to-understand, no-nonsense professional jargon approach. The course covers the specifics of Salsa and the Salsa group of styles. The main set (beginners) covering the fundamentals also applies to all social dance styles, even though it is taught in Salsa.
Intermediate and advanced levels focus on the details, techniques, posture, and styling, along with developing a personal flavor.
The class includes Salsa on1, on2, Bachata, Cha-Cha-Cha, Mambo, Merengue, and Cumbia.
The course is 4 weeks and starts on the first Tuesday of every month. Participation at any time is allowed.
