Set against the backdrop of Sandon Halls bautiful gardens and over 400 acres of breath-taking English countryside, this sound bath promises a unique and serene retreat.


Our journey into the cosmos will take place in the stunning glass conservatory, which offers magnificent views of the grounds and is adorned with vibrant flowers and shrubbery. Weather permitting, we may also hold the session in the gardens.

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sacred instruments such as the chau and wind gongs, quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, rain stick, and native flute. These instruments have been used for millennia to foster profound physical and emotional healing. Simply lie comfortably and allow the sound vibrations to envelop your physical and energetic body.

Our body, mind, and spirit retain the energetic imprints of all our experiences, so each sound bath offers a unique and personal journey, eliciting different sensations and emotions for everyone. Sound baths can be a profoundly transformative experience, impacting every cell of our being.

Please wear comfortable, warm clothing and bring a mat, pillow, and blanket for added comfort. Think hot water bottles, fluffy socks, onesies and a sleeping bag. The conservatory is heated but can still feel a little chilly now we are in the winter months. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time. We begin on time and no entrance will be given after this time as it disrupts the group.

The exchange is £20 plus booking. Spaces are limited, so please book early.

Unfortunatley this expereicne is not suitable for those with epilepsy, a pace maker or pregnant.

Lie back, relax, and let the soothing vibrations flow through your body and energy field. The experience will guide you into a meditative, dream-like state where your body can tap into its natural healing abilities.
