Come join us for a hands-on workshop where you can learn the traditional Japanese art of Sashiko and Boro! In this class, you will learn how to repair and embellish your clothes using these beautiful stitching techniques.
We will discuss

- Needles, threads and tools
- Free sashiko design templates to inspire your mend
- Fabrics to practise sewing, if you don’t have a pair of jeans to mend

What to bring:
- You can bring your clothing or work on a sampler provided by us
- A pair of jeans or jogging bottoms or jean jacket that needs mending
- Or bring a garment that you want to embellish
- Needle, Sashiko or Embroidery threads if you have it
- A pair of sharp scissors
- Notepad and pen
