About this event

Join us!

1st Saturday of the month

Saturday Night Sweat is a guided 5Rhythms Wave: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. It follows an arc of energy, supported by a range of fabulous music. The intention is to let your own dance unfold, following your impulse of what feels good while held in the structure of the class. It is connecting and builds community bonds, “people who dance together stay together” – not sure who said that but it’s very true. At the end people often feel transformed. ❤

No previous movement experience necessary - beginners and experienced movers welcome alike - all welcome.

It can help to...

  • Wear comfortable clothes to move in, layers can work well.
  • Dance barefoot or in soft soled indoor shoes
  • Bring water to drink

☆There are changing rooms
☆There is plenty of parking
☆This venue is wheelchair accessible.

The class is led by Sarah Davies who was trained to teach 5Rhythms in 2008 by the founder Gabrielle Roth. For more about Sarah Davies see her website.

Photography Notice:
During the event, a few discreet videos and shots of silhouetted dancers or feet will be taken by our Social Media Wizard, Kceniya. The intention is to capture the energy of the event for promotional purposes while ensuring dancers remain discreet and unidentifiable in the footage. If you prefer not to be included in any footage, please inform a member of the team at any time, including if you notice something recognizable in shared content. Our goal is to create a safe space where dancers can fully immerse themselves without concerns about their appearance or movements. Additionally, there may be an optional group photo at the end ♡
