Can I bring my non-dachshund?

Dachshund crosses and other small / similar sized breeds are welcome to attend the event.

Can I attend even if I don't have a dog?

Yes absolutely! Everyone is welcome.

What time is last entry?

12:30pm is last entry.

Can my dog be off lead?

Yes, inside the enclosed field dogs can run around off lead freely! Please keep your dog on lead at all other times when on the grounds of the venue. Please note, owners are responsible for their own dogs. If you or your dogs behaviour becomes a concern, we will politely ask you to leave the event.

Will there be a canine first aider?

Yes, there will be a canine first aider attending the event. Please seek out event staff if you are concerned for your or someone else's dog's welfare on the day of the event.

Can my dog attend the event if she is in season?

Dogs in season are not permitted to attend the event. If your dog is unwell, please also do NOT attend the event.

Does my dog need to wear an ID tag?

Yes, please ensure your dog has an identification tag on displaying the owners name and contact details as this is a legal requirement.

How can I dispose of my dogs poo?

Please ensure your dog has had a walk prior to attending the event. However, there will be a designated poo bin at the venue.

What should I bring with me on the day?

We advise that you bring the following: poo bags, a travel water bowl, picnic blanket or camping chair.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Yes, please purchase a parking ticket when purchasing your event tickets. Without a parking ticket, you will be asked to find parking elsewhere.
