General Admission: Timed Ticket Slot

Attend the exhibition during a one-hour slot. This needs to be booked for timed entry and will appear as a booking below the health speakers tickets. Tickets for the exhibition do not include the Health Talks, these are seated events and can be booked seperately.
For this ticket type, please pay as you feel as a donation to Mortal and Strong.
The recommended donation amount is £6.00.

Health Talks Speaking Session: Attend one of our Health Talks and also receive admission to the exhibition before or after the talks. Speakers will be available after the talks for questions.
For this ticket type, please consult the agenda and choose the time slot for the applicable talk you wish to attend.

Day Admission: Access to the exhibition and a guaranteed seat at ALL talks on that date.

For day admission tickets - the exhibition is situated within the Sidings complex which has a variety of food & drink places to visit which you are able to visit at your own leisure during the day.

This charity led campaign will be exhibited in a way that transforms art into a compelling health awareness event, offering an impact like no other.

Terms and Conditions

Photography sales: The framed photography is available to buy at the event, along with ordering prints of the photography series. 100% of profits from these will go to the charity.Donations: Donations can be made to the charity during the event. We are regulated by the fundraising regulator.Fundraising element: Sales of any merchandise (the book, photography, merchandise or other, including a minimum of 20% of artworks) are for the charity Mortal And Strong. As part of the charity’s objectives we include a grant-giving element to our mission statement which allows us to provide grants for specific projects to other charities including our spotlight charities. Refunds: Tickets will become non refundable 7 days prior to the event opening (1st May 2025). Request for refund must be made in writing to contact@mortalandstrong.com

Health Speakers: The confirmation of final speakers will be available by April 1st but may be subject to change due to unforeseeable circumstances. Each health speaker day will follow a set theme and replacement speakers will follow this theme.

Does my admission cover the Health Talks?

If you wish to attend one of our Health Talk sessions, please purchase the corresponding ticket for the session. Day tickets are also available which provide a place for each of the Health Talk sessions on that day.

I cannot attend, can I donate to Mortal And Strong?

Yes! We accept donations for our charity all year round. Please visit our website www.mortalandstrong.com

Do I need to book a ticket?

Walk ins may be allowed but only if capacity allows. We strongly advise booking a timed entry slot in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Does the exhibition have step-free access?

The Sidings which is a retail and entertainment complex directly attached to Waterloo train Station. We are situated on the ground level and there are lifts to other levels. Accessibility by train, underground and car are all feasible with parking for Waterloo immediately located.

Where can I park?

There is parking for Waterloo station both as part of Waterloo Station and Waterloo carpark (insert the addresses for them). This is a 1-2 minute walk from the exhibition.

Do you have bathrooms in the exhibition?

Accessible toilets are located near to the exhibition as part of the Sidings complex. We do advise using these before entering the exhibition or talks.

Can I bring in food/drink?

No eating is permitted within the exhibition and clear liquids only to protect the artworks. There are cafes and restaurants within the Sidings complex to enjoy in between health talks.

What is included in a Health Speaking Session?

Each health speaker slot is 1 hour with 1-3 speakers. Sometimes this may compromise of a panel, and opportunities for Q&As will be given. This will be a seated event and ticket guarantees a seat and entry to the exhibition.

How Do I Book A Ticket Without Paying the Donation Amount?
