The romantic tragedy Bottom & his amateur theatre troupe The Mechanicals performed in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM for the Duke?
In this interactive theatre show, the audience will help The Mechanicals to write & stage their own version!!
Combining Shakespeare’s text with brilliant ideas from the audience, adding music, props, puppets, & killer dance moves - the end result will be a completely fabulous play that’s fit for a Duke!
The magic will happen in the Mechanicals' pop-up Theatre in the garden of People's Park Tavern, accessed through the gate on Victoria Park.
All are welcome, but most suitable for ages 4 and up.
Show times will be between 45mins and 1hr.
All children must be accompanied.
Everyone needs a ticket.
