Shamanic Dream Circle

Join me for a sacred evening of shamanic journeying in the dream realm. A safely and deeply held space of connection with each other and with the universe in which helpful guidance can come through from loving and trusted spirits. No previous experience of shamanic journey or shamanism is necessary. You will be held and guided at every step of the way. We will close the journey with a cacoa ceremony.

Tip:

Wear warm comfy clothing

Bring:

a yoga mat and a blanket and anything that makes you cosy

a rattle (contact me if you dont have one and I will advise alternatives)

an eye mask for journeying (again ask me and I can advise)

a note book and pen

Lucy's Bio

Dr Lucy Livingstone has been practicing shamanism since 2014 and has studied with a wide range of teachers. Lucy came to shamanism through her PhD research on embodied landscape art practice. Lucy has been holding sacred womens circle space since 2019, this is her first time sharing shamanic practice with a larger group. Lucy is also an experienced university teacher, community facilitator and is now a trainee counsellor.
