About Sophie
Sophie discovered yoga during a period of unemployment in her early 20s. Having no background in any kind of movement or sports it was a new (sometimes intimidating) but wonderfully empowering feeling to move her body in all kinds of different ways. She's a big believer that yoga is for everyone. During the last 9 years Sophie has taught a huge variety of ages and abilities from 18 yo uni students to the elderly. Whether it’s a physically challenging Vinyasa or a slow & mindful Hatha class there’s something for everyone!
