SOFI2 CDT Showcase Event and Conference Dinner 14th and 15th July 2025

The SOFI2 Showcase Event 2025 is hosted by Durham University, this will be a two day event held in the Auger Suite at the Radisson Hotel, Durham on 14th and 15th July 2025.

SOFI2 CDT is funded by EPSRC with Durham University, University of Leeds and University of Edinburgh.

There will be oral and poster presentations from SOFI2 students as well as invited speakers from academia and industry. Your conference place will be funded by the SOFI2 CDT, this includes a conference dinner at the Radisson Hotel on 14th July. Accommodation can also be requested and will be provided in Durham University college accommodation.

The Showcase will be followed by the other main social event of the year – the annual Soft Ball on the evening of 15th July, which is organised by the students - details on booking the Soft Ball will follow separately.
