It's for established writers, poets & spoken word artists that want to inspire and encourage others. For the creatively curious, the encouragers, the supporters & listeners, the ones who are maybe scared to share & especially the ones who think they’re not creative.

Do I have to share?

Sharing is always encouraged and in this safe space you may be surprised at what wants to be voiced. However there is no requirement to share, you can attend the event and still benefit from all the sessions and be inspired by the creativity within the group.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just an open mind, a journal and water. There will be mats and cushions available

Is there parking?

There is a car park on the grounds and the on street parking on North Hill Road is also free.

Kundalini is the yoga of awareness and also the most powerful transformative technology I have ever experienced to activate your creativity and bring you back to your true essence & self. I am a qualified Kundalini  yoga & meditation instructor, practicing for 11 years &  teaching since 2017.

Will there be yoga?

There will be Kundalini meditation, mantra, breath work & gentle movement to help clear blocks and move energy. You do not have to be physically fit to take part and benefit.
