About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

What if you could let go of stress and recharge, simply by listening to calming sounds?

Life can be overwhelming, but this is your invitation to take a well-deserved break. A sound bath is the perfect way to care for your mind, body, and soul. All you need to do is lie back, close your eyes and let the soothing vibrations of sound bring you into a state of deep relaxation. Whether you’re navigating stress, feeling worn out, or just craving a moment to yourself, this experience is all about helping you feel grounded, refreshed, and at ease.

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a unique experience where you’ll lie back and let the soothing tones of instruments such as crystal bowls and chimes wash over you.

Sound waves guide us into a meditative state that promotes deep relaxation, enhances focus, and improves sleep. For those who may struggle with traditional forms of meditation, sound baths offer an accessible way to tap into the benefits of theta brain waves.

What to wear?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to relax completely. Bring layers so you can adjust your warmth throughout the session.

What to bring?

  • A yoga mat or something soft to lie on
  • A small pillow for extra support
  • A water bottle to keep hydrated
  • And whatever else to make you comfortable for ultimate relaxation (eye mask or blanket can be a good idea)

What to expect?

The session starts with a brief introduction to help you settle in. Then, you’ll lie back and get comfortable while I guide you through a short meditation with breathwork to relax. The sounds will gradually build into a relaxing, immersive experience designed to ease tension and calm the mind. The session ends with a short grounding meditation and stillness to help you transition back into your day.
