Lay down and deeply relax to the healing sounds of the gong, Tibetan bowls and 432hz magical crystal bowls. Whilst you lay in bliss, you will receive light hands-on reiki healing if you so wish. What could be better!

This blissful experience will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, and we will be offering tea afterwards in order for you to further absorb your experience and allow the healing to continue if you would like to stay.

Immersing yourself in the healing power of sound and reiki will reset and rebalance you, something we so desperately need at this given time.

All participants will lay down on their own yoga mats wrapped in their own blankets. Please bring a pillow too if you wish. We will gently bring you into a deeply restful state and then your sound journey will begin. Our beautiful space will be energetically cleared beforehand, and the room will be infused with healing energy. Participants will then have the pleasure to receive some gentle reiki healing whilst they are laying down during the sound bath.

Hi, we are Natasha & Estelle and we have been friends for over 30 years. We are deeply passionate about holding space for others and the healing power of all the modalities we practice.

I'm Natasha and I am a body therapist.

I believe our well-being is not solely determined through physical processes but requires the unhindered flow and balance of energy within the body, mind, and spirit. Ancient Eastern Healing practices such as acupuncture, Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine focus on the vital importance of balancing and unblocking energy pathways, otherwise known as meridians or nadis, to maintain optimum health and well-being.

I work with your body using a variety of body-based therapeutic practices to help you release the past, bringing your nervous system into regulation whilst allowing the body to heal and restore balance and deep inner peace. My therapies include Energy Healing – Reiki, TRE, Breathwork, EFT, Meditation and Mindfulness.

I run my private practice in North Finchley and a LifeByMargo in Crouch End.

I am The London Sound Healer, and I am a Sound Healer, Shamanic Practitioner and Reiki Master. I have been following a shamanic path since my teens, and I have studied with the Sacred Trust, the Power Path School and Sandra Ingerman. I have been very lucky to spend time in the Amazon rainforest with the indigenous locals learning about their relationship and medicinal uses with the plants and trees.

I am deeply passionate about the healing and transformational power of sound, which is particularly needed at this transitional time on our planet. I trained at The College of Sound Healing, where I am an accredited member, and I work with 432hz crystal bowls and Tibetan singing bowls, along with the gong. I have also trained with sound healing pioneers Jonathan Goldman and Jill Purce. I heal through sound on a one-to-one basis, and also in groups for sound baths and events for all ages. I am a third generation Healer, following in the footsteps of my mother and grandmother.
