What do I need to bring?

We will provide yoga mats, blankets, and cushions.
We recommend bringing a pillow, an eye mask or anything else that will help you relax and be comfortable (optional).

Question 2

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

There is no dress code for a sound bath, just wear whatever you feel comfortable in, so that you can rest and relax.

Will Sound Spa help me sleep better?

Accepted Answer

Many participants report enhanced sleep quality after a Sound Spa session, noting that the benefits extend beyond just a restful night to include a sense of calm and focus that lasts through the following day.

Question 4

Is there parking near the venue?

Accepted Answer

There is plenty of street parking around the venue and on Sunday a lot of it is free but please arrive with plenty of time to find a suitable parking spot.

Question 5

I can’t make the session I booked for, can I get a refund or transfer my ticket to another session?

Accepted Answer

If you can’t make it to the session, please notify us as soon as possible via email soundspalondon@gmail.com, so we can offer your space to someone else. If you cancel up to 24 hrs before the session, you can choose to transfer your ticket to another event or get a refund (except for Eventbrite fee)

When should I arrive at the venue?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the session starts to allow time for finding your spot and settling in. To ensure the session runs smoothly and without interruptions for others, we may have to lock the doors when we start, so latecomers will not be let in.

Question 7

Do I have to lie on the floor during the session?

Accepted Answer

While lying on the floor during a sound spa session is a common practice, it's not mandatory. If you're unable to lie down or prefer not to, you're welcome to sit on a cushion or chair instead.

Are sound baths safe in pregnancy?

Accepted Answer

Generally, sound baths are safe in pregnancy. However, to avoid any potential discomfort or side effects, it is advised to avoid sound baths in the first trimester.
