A Microsoft Cloud Technology Community Conference, focusing on the entire Microsoft stack.

A technology conference for Senior IT Directors/Managers, IT Professionals and Developers who are interested in Microsoft 365 and Azure; focusing on all three pillars of the Microsoft platform: Business Applications, Modern Workplace and Azure.

If you are used to attending Microsoft events such as Microsoft Ignite or Future Decoded, then this is the event for you! The South Coast Summit will follow a similar structure; large exhibition hall, Microsoft partners and ISVs and sessions delivered by both Microsoft UK, Microsoft MVPs and Gold Partners.

A two-day event for professional people working with Microsoft technology. It focuses on all three pillars of the Microsoft platform: Business Applications, Modern Workplace and Azure.

• Friday 17th October 2025 – Hands-on workshops, limited to 250 attendees.
• Saturday 18th October 2025– South Coast Summit 2022 – welcoming all 1,200+ attendees and over 35 exhibitors.

South Coast Summit follows a similar structure to other Microsoft events such as Microsoft Ignite and Future Decoded, with sessions delivered by Microsoft UK, Microsoft MVPs, and UK Gold Partner expert speakers, and a large exhibition of sponsors’ associated products and services.

Day 1 – Friday 17th October – Hands-on Workshops

Pre-Summit activities begin early with the registration desk open at 8am, the Welcome Breakfast lasts until 9am, and then the Workshops and Power Platform Hackathon begin.

Pre-Summit Workshops. Each Workshop will last the entire day and cover: Azure, Data and AI, Robotic Process Automation, Security and Compliance, Unified Communications, Teams Apps and Extensibility and Viva, Microsoft’s Employee Experience Platform. Instead of choosing to attend a Workshop, you could decide to participate in the Power Platform Hackathon, running all day.

Day 2 – Saturday 18th – South Coast Summit 2025

The main event begins early with the registration desk opening at 7am, with a Microsoft Executive-led Keynote opening session on Microsoft 365 and Azure starting at 9am, followed by 80 separate sessions delivered by more than 100 speakers.

There will be more than 60 breakout sessions at the Summit, lasting 40 minutes each and presented in one of the eleven conference rooms. There will also be 42 theatre sessions, lasting 20 minutes each, and presented from three stages in the Exhibition Hall.

Open throughout the day will be our large Expo Hall, with 30+ exhibitors.

Concluding South Coast Summit 2025 will be a means to network with sponsors and attendees at 15:00, after the breakout sessions and theatre sessions end, you’ll find a sponsored networking area, giving you the chance to speak with sponsors, speakers, and other attendees over a drink.
