Join Atta on Friday mornings for a short stroll and a nature themed activity.
- Meet Atta at 1pm by the car park entrance in Hacche Lane to South Molton Community Woodlands. WhatThreeWords: ///rant.sidelined.steams
- Atta will check you in and the walk will start shortly after
- Suitable for pregnant women/people looking to meet other parents and all parents with a child aged 5 and under
- Older siblings are welcome during school holidays providing they are able to give priority to younger siblings during the activity.
- All babies are welcome as being in nature is good for their development, sling/buggies are welcome.
- You may wish to wear wellies and clothes you don't mind getting muddy on bad weather days!
- Walk takes place come rain or shine, some of the most fun sessions have been during wet weather!
What activities are on offer during the nature walk?
- We normally start with a stroll
- During the walk we will be mindful of our environment, noticing different flowers, bugs, birds etc.
- We then tend to have a play based activity, previously we have done scavenger hunts, ice play on hot days, made clay tree faces and much more!
- We normally finish with a story, parachute game or a sing song (sometimes in Spanish!)
Please let us know if you cannot attend, we don't mind how short notice this is as life happens but it is frustrating when people do not turn up. Thanks for your understanding with this.
