FREE Learn to RIde and Basic cycle skills sessions for all the family.
These sessions are suitable for you if you want to learn how to ride a bike, getting back on a bike after a long gap or if you want to improve your basic cycling skills.
FREE Bikes available to borrow for all sessions. Bikes to borrow are limited but you can also bring your own if you have one. Helmets will be provided!
All sessions led by professional, experienced National Standard Cycling Instructors
The lessons take place in Burgess Park, Albany Rd, London SE5 0AH
The meeting place is the waste ground behind Giraffe House next to the BMX track. Please be aware that the training location is hidden behind one of the hills in the park!

Please check the weather and dress appropriately as we'll be riding come rain or shine!
Wear something you are comfortable moving in and please do not wear heels, flip-flops or sliders.
Bring along water and snacks.
