We'll be meeting at Puresport Hackney Clubhouse at 11.30am - from there we have a 5k route to the London Aquatics Centre, Stratford.

Yes - we'll have a bag drop and then bring belongings over to the LAC

I've never run 5k before, can I join?

All runners are welcome! We will have pacers for different groups to ensure no one runs alone and all arrive safely in Stratford.

How much swimming will I have to do?

We've got a few challenges lined up, as well as pro coaches to help get everyone of all abilities in the water. The pool is 50m long so we'd recommend only participating if you can comfortably swim that distance.
