Succulent British beef, dry aged to melting tenderness. We'll show you how to cook and carve this premium cut, perfect for sharing. Accompanied with a stunning hot, sharp, salty and sour Isaan herb and roasted rice salad.

  • Côte de Boeuf Steak (approx. 300g serving)
  • Isaan herb and roasted rice salad

Class Size: Maximum 20. There will be a blend of working individually and in pairs to ensure you get the most out of your course with us. Don't worry if you book alone, we'll make sure you have someone to share the workload with.

What's Included:

  • A welcome drink
  • An alcoholic or non alcoholic drink to accompany your dishes paired by our team
  • An apron to wear in class
  • We do the washing up; you relax and focus on your cooking skills
  • You will be given all recipes for you to recreate at home

What age do I have to be to attend a class?

Except in relation to ‘Cooking Together Classes’, you must be at least 16 years old to attend one of our classes. A child from the age of 12 to 15 is welcome on our courses when accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 who also purchases a place on the course.
