Playing the Pianos
- No food or drink to be taken into the rooms
- It is essential that students and staff refrain from using virucidal wipes, cleaning fluid or any other substances to clean piano keyboards. This is because such substances may seriously damage the pianos. Instead, pianists should ensure that they have washed their hands thoroughly before and after rehearsal/performance, maintain good hand hygiene during the time they are playing the piano, avoid touching their face, etc
- Use the hand sanitiser provided
- If you spot any damage or if any of the pianos are in need of repair, please report this to acs-customerservices@sheffield.ac.uk
