How about 2 hours where you are permitted to switch off from the outside world, leave your worries at the door so that you can deeply relax and build your resilience back up.
An evening of calming yoga poses, fully supported by pillows, bolsters and blankets whether you’re on a chair or on the mat. A guided relaxation allows you to release stress and tension, leaving you feeling less frazzled and flustered. And to top it all off, we finish the evening with a healing sound bath, washing away any lingering cares and concerns.

No experience necessary, just come as you are and get ready to unwind.
You’ll be welcomed with a calming warm drink and snacks if you’d like to partake. All yoga mats will be provided (bring your own if you’d rather) as will some bolsters and blankets. But to really help you feel at ease and promote the best rest for yourself, bring your own soft furnishings of 2 bed pillows and a blanket (or duvet).
