After a career as a professional ballet dancer and athlete, Ruben realised that movement and fitness should be about supporting the body, not breaking it down. He likes to say that movement is his language, and over the years, he has studied yoga, breath-work, mobility (functional range conditioning), and strength training to develop a deeper understanding of how to build a body but that is not only strong but also flexible, whilst prioritising longevity and recovery.
Through his 1:1 coaching, he takes clients on a comprehensive fitness journey, blending strength training, yoga, and nutrition to improve movement quality, build strength, and create lasting habits. His accessible approach has helped a diverse range of clients, from international CEOs to individuals looking to enhance their physical and mental well-being.
In addition to coaching, Ruben organizes Reset Retreats abroad, offering immersive experiences designed to help people step away from daily life, reconnect with their bodies, and reset through movement, recovery, and mindful practices.
