What do I need to bring

There is nothing you need to bring unless you have your own bottle of water, food or drinks you would prefer. The event will break regularly for teas and coffees, and lunch is provided.

There is no clothes requirements, so long as you are wearing something comfortable for sitting in and have a pair of socks for the yoga studio you can enjoy the day. Shoes are not permitted within the main studio and can be left in the shoe boxes in reception.

Do I need to sit or lie on the floor?

All of our Meditations and relaxations can be enjoyed whilst sitting on chairs, so there is no need to lie on yoga mats or stay seated on floors during the workshop.

Will the workshop help me relax?

Unlike a retreat event, the stress less workshop is a learning workshop which means there is active learning and participation throughout the day. This means that whilst most people enjoy relaxing during the workshops guided Meditations, there are plenty of mindful tasks that also keep you busy.
