INTRODUCTION

🧙‍♀️🐈‍⬛🎃👻In collaboration with the Sudeley Castle Events, Media and Marketing Teams, and following the huge success of last year's Spooky Trail Hallowe'en Special around the castle grounds, Chase Lane Fireworks Events and Displays are delighted and excited to announce a return to this wonderful venue to go bigger, better, longer and louder with one of their trademark Autumn spectaculars! 🧙‍♀️🐈‍⬛🎃👻

WHAT'S ON?

So, what is Chase Lane Fireworks Events and Displays bringing to Sudeley Castle for your entertainment and fun, for this year's crowd-warming, family-orientated, wow-packed event?

🎡🎠FUNFAIR

A Chase Lane Fireworks Events and Displays occasion would simply be incomplete without one of Angus Pedrick's Funfairs? Angus will be providing a large selection of his usual exceptional attractions to excite the whole family, including everything from a funhouse, a haunted house and bumper cars all the way up to his trademark thrillers, spillers and chillers!! Set up in the main castle car park, Angus will also be providing sweets 🍬 🍭 and candyfloss. Up in the main viewing area, there will also be rides and a glow toys stand for the very young. These will be available for guests from opening until closing time.

🧙‍♀️🧛🧙‍♂️MEET AND GREET CHARACTERS

For our very young guests, there will be a selection of their favourite characters (from film and tv) who will meet, greet and happily have their photos taken with your kids. They will be roaming the site from Gates Opening time, through until after the laser light show, finishing at around 1830hrs.

🥤🥤🍔🌭 CATERING 🍔🌭🥤🥤

Copious, excellent food and drinks supplies will be provided by our wonderful hosts at Sudeley Castle, with their outlets and stands being situated up near the main viewing area.

WARNING: 🍺⛔🙅 THIS IS A "DRY SITE". ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED AT THIS EVENT; IT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE THROUGH ANY OF THE VENDORS, NOR WILL IT BE ACCEPTABLE TO "BRING-YOUR-OWN". PLEASE RESPECT THIS RULE. 🍺⛔🙅

🎤🎵 MUSIC AND LASER LIGHT SHOW 🎤🎵

Matt Major of Major Entertainments Ltd will be providing us with seasonal spooktastic sounds throughout the evening, along with one of his out-of-this-world, 10-minute laser light shows - absolutely not to be missed!

🧨🎇 FIREWORKS 🧨🎇

Matt's laser show will be followed by not one but two fireworks displays! First up, there will be a lower-noise show for our very young friends who may be scared of the bigger, louder fireworks that will come later. This show is suitable for absolutely anybody and everybody - there will be pops, crackles and whistles, but no huge bangs and explosions at altitude - this is all about the visual wow factor!! 🧨🎇

Following this, Chase Lane Fireworks will bring you one of their trademark wow-factor-10 million, competition-level, pyro-musical shows. There will be plenty of time for those who don't like this higher level of noise and craziness to retreat to the safety and security of their vehicles or leave the castle grounds altogether.

WARNING: There will be several very loud whistles, bangs, screamers and explosions, at altitudes of between 100 and 200 metres, which could cause distress to those of a nervous disposition, the very elderly or infirm, or the very young or indeed pets. It is absolutely NOT Chase Lane Fireworks's intention to cause fear or distress to our friends and guests, but this will be a very loud show, up in the castle's hop fields.

OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

🅿️ PARKING 🅿️

Car passes must be booked at point of online ticket purchase. This is free, but enables the organisers to keep a tally of vehicle passes expected through the gate and to allocate vehicles to the correct parking zone. PLEASE DO NOT TURN UP ON SPEC IN A VEHICLE EXPECTING TO PURCHASE TICKETS ON THE GATE - THE MARSHALLS HAVE BEEN BRIEFED TO TURN THESE VEHICLES AWAY. THE ONLY VISITORS WHO WILL BE PERMITTED ACCESS THROUGH PAYING FOR THEIR TICKETS ON THE GATE, ON THE NIGHT, WILL BE PEDESTRIAN VISITORS.

On approach, all vehicles - NO EXCEPTIONS - must approach the Castle from Vineyard Street, not from Castle Street. The Castle Street gate will be closed and any drivers attempting to gain access via this gate will be turned away. This access restriction also applies to pedestrians, who can access the event as directed by the marshalls. On arrival, drivers will be directed to one of two designated car parks, by the parking marshalls, according to the type of vehicle (for example: 2WD or those with disabled badges to Car Park Zone A; 4WD to Car Park Zone B). Access and ticket control to the event viewing area will be via the gate separating the main car parks and funfair to the Castle grounds.

WARNING: Vehicle owners who choose to park in any of the grass car parks do so at their own risk. 4x4 vehicles will be available on site to assist in rescuing those who may need a pull out of the parking areas; HOWEVER, THIS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT THE VEHICLE OWNERS' RISK. Any damage or expenses incurred during this process will be entirely down to the vehicle owner.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 CHILDREN AND PETS 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🐕‍🦺

The only dogs allowed on site are 🐕‍🦺 assistance dogs 🐕‍🦺. PLEASE: if your assistance dog is afraid or likely to suffer at all due to the presence of large boisterous crowds, laser lights or the noise created by the fireworks, then we advise that they remain in their vehicle with their owners. Causing an animal distress is definitely not our intention.

Finally, please look after yourselves and your children. This will be a fantastic evening, but it will be a very busy, loud and exciting event. Keep your children supervised at all times. Be safe; have fun; smile lots.

There will be two designated toilet areas - one in the main funfair area and one in the main viewing area near the catering outlets and the small satellite funfair rides. Each area will have five portaloos plus one disabled facility.
