No experience needed at all! This is a beginner-friendly session with a strong focus on breath, alignment, and core connection. You’ll be guided gently throughout.

What should I bring?

A water bottle, blanket, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable (e.g. socks, layers for relaxation, journal if you like to take notes). Everything else is provided.

Is this suitable for me if I’m currently dealing with gut or skin issues?

Absolutely. This retreat is designed to support women who want to understand the root of their symptoms and begin healing naturally through food, movement, and emotional wellbeing.

Will I get any support after the retreat?
