Event Description:
Begin your Sunday in sacred stillness, surrounded by the natural beauty of Hawkes Wood.
This weekly sound bath, led by Andrew Elson, invites you into a deeply restorative journey through sound, nature, and intention. Held in a serene woodland clearing, this immersive experience uses crystal bowls, shamanic drums, Gongs, rainstick Rattles, chimes, and the sounds of nature to help clear stress, balance your energy, and reconnect you to Spirit.
What to Expect:
- Mindful walk into the woodland
- Grounding breathwork and forest awareness
- Shamanic sound journey under the trees
- Integration with herbal tea and gentle reflection
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat or waterproof base
- Blanket, pillow, or cushion for comfort
- Warm clothing/layers (especially early mornings)
- Eye mask or scarf (optional)
- Water bottle
- Optional: small crystal or sacred object for charging
Meeting Point & Arrival:
Please meet at Shaman’s Rest (Buzzards Valley) by 9:45 AM. From there, we’ll walk together to the woodland clearing.
Note: This event takes place outdoors and is weather permitting. You’ll receive a confirmation or reschedule message the day before in the event of poor conditions.
