Welcome to Sunset Yoga

As the sun sets on our month-long wellbeing event series 20 Days of Calm, join us for a peaceful and rejuvenating Sunset Yoga session on the rooftop of EQ. This serene experience will be the perfect way to wind down, reflect, and connect with both your body and mind after a month of self-care and growth.

Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Bristol skyline as the colours of the sky shift during sunset, while a gentle flow of yoga poses and breathing exercises guide you into a state of relaxation and mindfulness. This is a special opportunity to release any tension, find inner calm, and celebrate the positive energy we've cultivated together throughout April.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, our sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility and find inner peace.

We will provide mats and blocks.
