Begin the day with a serene 1 hour slow feminine yoga flow with heart opening poses to help soften you into your feminine energy. We will then break for 30 minutes where there will be an opportunity to purchase refreshments from The Block Cafe. Lastly, we will nestle in for a 1 hour integrative talk with Women's Health Nutritional Therapist, Hayley, on how to optimise your overall health by syncing your lifestyle and workouts to align with the different phases of your menstrual cycle.
