Do you need guidance on how best to take minutes and record meetings? This training course delivered by C3SC is for Trustees and staff of organisations looking to improve their understanding of minute-taking and best practice.

The learning outcomes from this session are: -

  • Understand why meetings are needed, what makes a good meeting, the need for minutes and accuracy of reporting.
  • Understand the planning of an agenda and the preparation required
  • Explore practical tips and useful words for producing good minutes
  • Consider the blocks to participation

Cardiff Third Sector Council (C3SC) is the County Voluntary Council (CVC) for Cardiff – the umbrella infrastructure organisation for the third sector in the City.
