“Sort Your Biz Out, Mate!” is a 60-minute walk through the fundamentals of being self-employed and ‘doing it all yourself’ when it comes to business. In the session we will explore:

- ‘You Strategy’ and who *you are* in your business
- Finding your focus and setting a coherent direction
- Aligning what you want and need to take meaningful action *now*

This is a workshop for anyone who has thought to themselves ‘I’ve been spending so long *in* my business I don’t know what to do *on* my business!’ or ‘What the heck am I even doing here?!’. We’ll answer those challenges and more in this practical live session. A follow-along PDF guide will be provided for everyone attending the workshop so you can join in live. There will be some audience participation requested but it certainly isn’t mandatory to get the most from the session.

Tom Jepson is an ICF-accredited coach specialising in self-employment for parents, carers, and everyone in between. A life-long creative and advocate for following one's own path, Tom has most certainly been there, done it, and gotten the t-shirt many times over. As well as a background in design strategy and his coaching accreditation, Tom is a full-time carer which underpins everything he does personally and professionally.
