This lecture will delve into the history and beauty of the Crowns, Sceptre, Orb and other royal jewels used during the coronation ceremony, including details of the diamonds, rubies, sapphires and pearls used in the royal regalia of Kings and Queens since 1661. Secrets and mystery abound within these priceless jewels.

We are a membership society dedicated to the appreciation of fine and decorative arts. We organise ten lectures a year between September and June, all given by selected experts in their fields. Our lecture meetings take place at Bishop Perowne C of E College, Worcester and are also streamed live via Zoom.

In addition to the lectures we run trips to places of interest in the UK and overseas.
