Is the event wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  It would be really helpful if you could send us an email to let us know if you need any assistance in advance so we can make sure the team is prepped and ready to help.  Please email hello@flock-creative.com

Question 2

How dark is the event?  Are there flashing lights?

Accepted Answer

We use club lighting rigs with colour changing and moving lights but no strobes. Due to the club lighting used please allow a few minutes for your eyes to adjust to the environment upon entering and please ensure your children abide by the “no running” rule.

Question 3

Can I take photos?  Will photos be taken of me and my group?

Accepted Answer

There is a general disclaimer that anyone entering the event gives permission for photographs or video of them or their children to be used by The Collective.  If our photographer is photographing a specific group they will check that they are ok to have a photo taken.

Question 4

How many people will there be?

Accepted Answer

There will be up to 600 people at the event.

Question 5

Do I need to bring ear defenders for my child?

Accepted Answer

Music is played at lower levels than at clubs and is entirely safe.  Some people do bring ear defenders for babies but it isn’t necessary.  We will also have a chillout space to give the very little ones a break from the intensity of the dance floor.

Question 6

Will I be able to park a buggy/change my baby?

Accepted Answer

Yes! There will be a free buggy park and signposted baby changing too. There will also be plenty of toilets at the venue.

Question 7

Will there be food & drink provided?

Accepted Answer

Food will not be available to purchase at the venue so please feel free to bring your own snacks for little ones. There will be a bar available but with limited soft drinks so please also feel free to bring your own drinks for children. The bar will be paid, there will not be free drinks.

Question 8

Will there be DF options in the goody bag?

Accepted Answer

Yes we can make DF options available - please ensure that you make a note of this when booking tickets so we can ensure we have enough quantities of DF Suckies available (unfortunately we don't make a DF Mixers yoghurt just yet). Other goody bags will include Mixers and other gifts.
