This 3-hour training focuses on learning the basic procedural steps of the Flash Technique to enable you to desensitise very intense memories safely, and how to integrate within the 8 phases of the EMDR Standard Protocol.


Learning Outcomes:

  1. Learn and become familiar with the procedural steps of the Flash technique
  2. Ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise and apply Flash technique in different situations
  3. Understand the special measures required when using Flash with the most intense traumatic memories
