Nearly three million people have been prescribed ADHD medication in the past two years, but for some, it can cause more challenges than it solves. Recent research shows the effectiveness of non-medical interventions in managing ADHD symptoms, emphasising the value of a more holistic approach.

This online event is designed for individuals with ADHD, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment. In addition to insightful talks and interactive workshops, attendees will have the chance to network in breakout rooms. Our goal is to build an empowering community for those who have been overlooked or misunderstood in the past.
Our Speakers:
Sarah Osborne, BA(Hons), is an award-winning BANT Registered Nutritionist. With additional training in Mental Health Support, Nutrigenomics, ADHD Coaching, and Emotional Eating, Sarah supports clients with various dietary and nutrition needs. Sarah hosts a regular monthly nutrition workshop for ADHD UK and has partnered with ADHD 360, the Sleep Charity, and a range of local and national services supporting neurodivergent folk. She is also a mum and wife in a wonderfully neurodivergent family. In her private clinic, Sarah supports clients with a range of emotional eating challenges, including binge eating, selective eating, and overeating.
Dr Tom Nicholson is a lecturer of mental health nursing and a speaker, trainer, and advocate for neurodiversity and ADHD. Tom is a registered mental health nurse with experience working within the neurodevelopmental assessment service within the Children and Young People's service. Diagnosed with ADHD in childhood, Tom uses his personal lived experience of ADHD alongside his clinical and academic background to give a multitude of perspectives to his work.
Dr Jane Sedgwick-Müller is a senior lecturer, researcher in adult ADHD and an advanced mental health nurse practitioner. She is also an ADHD psychosocial therapist/coach, executive board member of the UK Adult ADHD Network (UKAAN) and professional advisory committee member of ADDISS: The National Charity for ADHD Information & Support.
Pippa Simou is a Chartered Coaching Psychologist specialising in supporting women and girls with ADHD and related conditions. After being diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia in her 40s, she founded The ADD-vantage in 2020 to provide support services. With a Distinction in MSc Psychology (2021) and ongoing involvement in neurodiversity research at the University of Hertfordshire, she offers one-to-one coaching, facilitates support groups, and mentors girls in schools. Pippa also raises awareness of the female experience of ADHD through community initiatives, podcasts, social media, and national advocacy campaigns.
Catri Barrett is a Trauma-Informed ADHD Coach, Neurodiversity Educator, and proud ADHDer on a mission to highlight the value of neurodiversity and inspire others to celebrate it. Blending her lived experience with over seven years of coaching expertise, she takes a practical, holistic, and relatable approach to her coaching programmes, workshops, and training. Catri has worked with global organisations including Lululemon, Oxford University, and The Courtauld Institute of Art, helping individuals and teams create environments where all neurotypes can thrive.
Jane Green MBE services to neurodivergent individuals and those with related hypermobility conditions (JH EDS). Educationalist FCCT MA Ed. Ex Assistant Headteacher and ex national lead for neurodivergence and author. Founder/chair SEDSConnective the foremost charity for hypermobility and neurodivergence. UK representative for European Federation of Neurological Associations CAB 2025.
Dr J Eccles is an award-winning neurodevelopmental psychiatrist specialising in brain-body connections, particularly hypermobility. An Associate Professor at Brighton and Sussex Medical School, she also leads the world’s first Neurodivergent Brain-Body Clinic in the NHS. She has researched hypermobility and neurodivergence since 2009 and chairs the RCPsych Neurodevelopmental Psychiatry Group.
Geraldine Kostrewa is better known as Cherry.adhd across social media, where she shares relatable and informative content advocating to adults, women and mums with ADHD. She is a qualified speech and language therapist, ADHD coach and mum with ADHD herself and has made it her mission to teach others self compassion and practical strategies that actually work for you.
