Their journey started by taking on a small sandwich shop on a busy high street which had been established since 1987. With big ambitions for the business Luke and the team started to change things straight away. Within the first 6 months they were catering for companies and events that they never thought they could attract in such a short space of time.
Nearly 15 years later, they've continued to broaden the business and now supply some of the country's most recognisable companies with various services such as corporate buffets, staff lunches and even cater for their major event days where they have fed up to 20,000 people! With further expansion into schools, they currently provide over 15,000 daily meals for a wide variety of schools across the borough and beyond.
Paul Andrews will be hosting the session and interview with Luke in their demonstration kitchen about the incredible entrepreneurial journey that he has been on and there will be an opportunity to ask questions and to network with fellow guests over a coffee and bite to eat.
