The Recycler Live Conference & Trade Day, held in partnership with ETIRA, is set to take place at the Hilton Hotel, Tallinn, Estonia, from 13 – 15 May 2025. For nearly 30 years, The Recycler has staged leading industry conferences, and this marks our first-ever event in the Baltic region. Registration and what is included
Your conference registration includes:
- There is no need to sign up in advance for all seminars and workshops—just show up on May 14th and soak up the knowledge.
- The Networking Reception and Awards Evening on the 14th of May 2025.
- entry to The Recycler Trade Aday on May 15th.
- Refreshments during the conference.
- A one-year paid subscription to The Recycler - Already a paid subscriber? Don’t worry. We will extend your current subscription accordingly.
Once you register online, bring your email confirmation to the conference reception desk to collect your conference badge and lanyard, and you are good to go.

Frequently asked questions
Participants must create a new account every year to register for The Recycler Live Event. Account information is stored for a short time after the event and then deleted, so registration is necessary each year, even if you've attended before.
For enhanced security and privacy, it is advisable that each delegate completes their own registration process, as this involves the provision of personal information. To ensure transparency and facilitate networking opportunities, sponsors are given access to a list of registered delegates.
Email events@therecycler.com for press accreditation. Provide your press credentials/ID for approval. You'll receive confirmation via email.
Confirmation of your registration is sent via email immediately upon registration and receipt of payment. Please SAVE YOUR RECEIPT and print it for your reference and information.
Non-EU nationals visiting or travelling within the EU must have a passport that is valid for at least 3 months after leaving the visited country and issued within the last 10 years. A visa may also be necessary.
If you need an official Letter of Invitation from the conference organiser. Note that it's only given to registered and approved delegates. Email events@therecycler.com to request an invitation letter.
To change your registration, please contact us by April 15th, 2025. Cancellations made by April 15th, 2025, will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 16th, 2025. Please send cancellation requests to events@therecycler.com.
