Our diet has long been linked to health and well-being, modern food production, processing, and environmental issues, such as microplastics, raise new concerns. Many seek better health through diet, hydration, exercise, and sleep—yet sustaining these changes can be challenging. As a result, the use of probiotics and supplements has increased in the last few decades.

This session explores the science behind gut health, the microbiome, and the use of probiotics and supplements. We’ll examine the latest evidence, how they interact with food, and gaps in research, all in an interactive and engaging discussion.

Workshop Highlights:

  • Explore the connection between supplements, probiotics, and gut health
  • Examine the science behind the rationale and use of supplements and probiotics
  • Discuss when and how these interventions may be beneficial
  • Engage in an evidence-based, interactive session with Q&A
